How should I take care of my jewelry?

From time to time, please gently wash your jewelry with warm water and a small amount of hand soap. This will keep your jewelry from tarnishing.

Is 14k gold-fill high quality?

Yes, 14k gold-fill is high quality and will last a long time. 14k-gold fill is a U.S.A. product and it consists of solid gold. Just like solid gold, it maintains its shine, beauty, and durability for a long time. It is tarnish and water resistant and can be worn when washing hands.

I need a different size or exchange. What can I do?

Since each piece is made to order, customers send back their rings to me and I offer complimentary ring resizing. Exchange for solid gold products. The return process is only if you do not wish to keep your rings and would like a refund. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and must purchase return shipping for the item.

*Rings that have been resized or exchanged are no longer eligible for refund. Earrings are final sale for reasons of hygiene and safety.

My tracking shows that my item was delivered, but I didn't receive my item. What should I do?

Please call your local post office to learn more about the delivery of your item. Also, ask your neighbors, sometimes mistakes happen. If you believe the package was stolen, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. Due to the escalation of porch thefts, we are not responsible when USPS says your package was delivered. If this is something that has happened or are worried about please have items shipped to a secure location and follow tracking information to ensure safe delivery.
